We are seeking to hire an entry level bookkeeper to work in our Accounting and Business Management company in Acton, CA. No prior experience necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate. Your job duties will include basic data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other basic bookkeeping & administrative functions.

Qualifications:
- Must type 40 WPM or better
- Extremely organized
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Part-time availability at 20 to 25 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm (Flexible hours, full-time possible with growth)
- Must be proficient with computers/able to troubleshoot common computer technical issues
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus, but not required
