In office positions are also available in both are Newport Beach and Santa Clarita offices. Practice areas include the defense of toxic tort product liability litigation matters, trucking /transportation cases and premises liability matters. This position includes responsibility for taking/defending depositions; propounding/responding to written discovery; preparing client status letters; drafting law and motion and attending court appearances (remote). These positions are open to new admittees to the California State bar. ABA Law School degree preferred. Salary consistent with experience and position i.e., full or part time.
