Factory Effex is the leading apparel and graphics brand in the powersports industry. We have a rare opportunity to join our growing brand in the sales division at our corporate office located in Valencia, CA. The position has an existing territory with a customer base and incoming sales. However, we are going to the next level and are looking for team members that can contact powersports dealers and help them grow their business with the ever-popular Factory Effex offering.
- Location: Corporate office in Valencia, CA (91355). In person is needed and preferred, will consider remote position for the right candidate.
- Hours: Weekdays from 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Pay: Hourly plus commission & bonus. Bi-Monthly pay schedule. Unlimited commission opportunities, no cap. Sell more, earn more!
- Benefits: Paid vacation and personal time, health insurance, 401K
- Experience: Previous powersports sales preferred but not required.
Duties:
- Create and manage a customer call schedule.
- Create sales suggestions tailored to individual customers.
- Contact 30-40 customers per day on the phone. Follow-up with emails as necessary.
- Gather information from customers. i.e inventory level, sales history etc.
- Grow the number of dealers in the territory.
- Ask for the sale.
- Bring energy and excitement.
Skills:
- Capable of multi-tasking & working under pressure.
- Basic computer skills needed, ie, Word, Excel, Outlook. Data entry and account management in an ERP system.
