Main Functions
The Finished Goods Clerk performs a wide range of duties related to the accurate handling and storage of all internal job orders and sub-assembly parts. The functions include receiving and closing out job orders into M2M, inventory transfers, cycle counts, order pulling and delivering parts in support of all shipping operations.
This position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the successful candidate must be a "U.S. person" as defined in the ITAR and EAR (which generally means (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) have been admitted to the United States as a refugee, or have been granted asylum, as specified under applicable law.
Typical Duties
- Review, count and verify all incoming job order parts.
- Receive job orders into M2M, assign lot #'s and close out the job in the system.
- Review the shipping queue in M2M for visibility of daily shipments.
- Pull all sales orders available to ship and deliver to designated shipping area racks.
- Pull and deliver consignment parts to shipping as needed, per customer requirements.
- Report any damaged, shortage or non-conforming finish goods parts.
- Produce cycle count sheets in M2M, print, count and enter the system on a daily basis.
- Support the shipping department with packaging outbound orders.

Preferred Skills
- Prior inventory experience.
- Familiar with bar code scanning equipment.
- Warehouse or distribution experience.
- Shipping and packaging experience.
Education Requirements
High School diploma, GED or five (5) years’ work experience
Experience Requirements
1 year warehouse experience
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to spend the day standing, walking, bending, etc.
- Requires using hands to lifts boxes, handle tools or controls.
