Pay Range: $17.77 - $18.02/hr.
Job Summary: This person will handle the data entry and reconciliation of the daily transactions for multiple west coast parks. As a Daily Reporting Clerk, you play an essential role in carrying out the company’s mission to provide accurate, timely and complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Reports to: Daily Reporting Supervisor
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily data entry of park attendance and admissions and in-park revenues.
- Daily and weekly data entry, balancing, and reconciliation of various tenders – credit, vouchers, and AR.
- Weekly and monthly revenue adjustments.
- Submission of weekly concessionaire reports for payment.
- Follow Department of Labor standards in the department and Park.
- Support the Mantra and goals of Six Flags.
- Assist in general office filing and record retention.
- Other duties as assigned by Daily Reporting Supervisor and Senior Manager of FP&A.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with 1-2 years previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Operate calculator and office machine equipment.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes holidays and weekends.
- Must be professional, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic attitude.
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.
- Must possess strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent ability to communicate in oral and written forms.
