Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for retail construction projects.
  • Manage and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to develop construction strategies and resolve any construction-related challenges

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the retail construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

What's on Offer

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
