Job Description
  • Under limited supervision, will package products using the Colimatic machine.
  • Will load, sort, count, stack and box finished goods.
  • Participate in the daily safety, quality, and production goals.
  • Perform all Product Assembler and Production Packaging roles and processes.
  • Must be able to maintain the required speed and output of packaged product.
  • Assist in identifying improvements and modifications to departmental procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks on products at each step of packaging production.
  • Ability to follow company standards and instructions from management.
  • Compliant with all safety rules and regulations including GMP’s PPE and all Neotech’ s policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Position will report to the Director of Engineer
  • High School or GED required.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical assembly and packaging is highly desirable.
  • Ability to operate basic production equipment and work well under pressure.
  • Requires good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs, sit, stand, push/pull and reach.
  • Fine motor skills and quick reflexes are a must.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment is required.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday as the position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
