We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning, copying, and filing documents
- Managing & Creating incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Supporting project-based assignments
- Organizing and maintaining records and office supplies
- Supporting management with various tasks
- Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Answer phone calls and manage communications professionally
- Assist with scheduling and managing calendars for maintenance
- Provide customer support and Email customer
- Maintain organized office systems and assist with inventory management and warehouse supplies and Tooling and Masking Inventory
- Collaborate with team members on daily operations and special projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or office management is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and adaptability
- Experience in calendar management, data entry, and document preparation
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and follow through on tasks
